Where our journey began
Isabello’s was created by Emma and David Montero with one simple ambition: to create the kind of preschool they would choose for their own family.
As parents themselves, they understand how important it is to find somewhere your child feels safe, happy and genuinely cared for.
Today, Isabello’s is a close knit preschool community where children are encouraged to explore, form friendships, express their individuality and grow in confidence and independence.
We are based within the grounds of Christ Church in Sayers Common, West Sussex.

At Isabello’s, play is at the heart of every child’s day. Through carefully prepared activities, open ended resources and meaningful everyday experiences, children are encouraged to explore, create, investigate and make their own choices.

Emma
Manager, SENCo and Co-Owner
Emma brings more than 20 years of experience in early years education. Passionate about giving every child the very best start, she is currently working towards completing her master’s degree in Early Years Education.
David
Co-Owner
David looks after the operations and finances behind the scenes. His work helps keep everything running smoothly, allowing the team to concentrate on creating a happy and nurturing environment for every child.
Natalie
Deputy Manager
Natalie brings a wealth of early years experience to the team. Her caring and supportive presence helps children and families feel welcomed, reassured and understood.
Kate
Early Years Practitioner
Kate brings a calm, gentle and reassuring approach to the preschool. Her warmth and experience help children feel safe, settled and supported.
Maria
Early Years Practitioner
Maria brings extensive early years experience and a caring, nurturing approach. She is passionate about building positive relationships and helping every child feel confident and included.
Issy
Early Years Practitioner
Issy brings energy, enthusiasm and valuable early years experience to the team. She has a genuine passion for caring for children, supporting families and making the most of outdoor learning.
Abbie
Early Years Practitioner
Abbie loves being part of children’s early years and finds it incredibly rewarding supporting them as they learn, grow and build confidence. She enjoys helping every child feel happy and encouraged.
